一般来说，查询最好是有数据库权利的，高校一般都有，百度搜索“web of science”，点击进入第一个搜索结果。进入界面。2、输入想检索的文章的名称，或者是检索条件，然后点击“检索”“search”。3、如果忘记检索条件，可以添加。4、进入到检索结果界面。这里会看到自己需要查询的文章。点击“查看摘要”“View Abstract”。5、这里的“入藏号”“Accession Number”。比如： WOS:000348321300002就是检索号。

从Web of Science数据库检索，限定Conference Proceedings Citation Index - Science子库，检索到文献的话保存，以写字板方式打开后看保存的记录，有题名作者等许多字段，其中有一个“UT ISI”字段，后面的数字即ISTP检索号。

选择好所需文章――添加到标记结果列表――点击标记结果列表（在页面上侧，会显示选择好的记录数）――进入下一个页面，第2步选择一个选项，选择“保存到文件”――保存并以写字板方式打开――UT ISI即为ISTP收录号（例：UT ISI:000282329900009）

(1). 登陆http://portal.isiknowledge.com/portal.cgi(2). 输入要查找的文章名字（可以部分输入），点击search (3). 在搜索结果里面，点击web of science图标或者current contents connect图标或ISI proceeding图标 (4). 在新的页面里寻找IDS Number 即可
注意，能够得到SCI检索结果的前提是，你可以访问ISI的相关引文数据库，如Science Citation Index Expanded、Social Science Citation Index以及Arts & Humanities Citation Index
